We have therefore taken it upon ourselves to facilitate you in this, by providing this information to you in time thereby enabling you to own land in a hassle-free way.

Owning Land With Sereno Housing Made Easy

After identifying the project that you want to invest in, we shall send you the subdivision map of the same where you choose your desired plot(s). Upon selection, you will be required to make a deposit for the plot(s); our company bank account details will be shared with you for this.

An offer letter will be sent to you through diaspora@serenohousing.co.ke where you will be expected to fill in all your details and revert back.

Once full payment is done, we shall process the title deed within 1 to 2 months. When the title is ready, you may either instruct us in writing to issue it to one of your family members, your lawyer or alternatively mail it to you via your preferred courier service.

The Process

  1. Identify a project and choose a plot(s) from the subdivision map provided.
  2. Fill in your details on the offer letter provided to you and revert back through diaspora@serenohousing.co.ke
  3. Book your plot by paying a deposit through one of our payment methods
  4. Complete your payment within the agreed time
  5. A transfer document and a sale agreement will be sent to you for signing
  6. The title deed will be processed for you (processing will take 1-2 months)

(Provide copies of your National ID/Passport, KRA PIN and Passport Photo, and your postal address and telephone contacts for documentation and final title transfer)
